Thank you for shopping with us. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Every order is sent fully tracked and insured.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks (approximately 10–15 working days) from dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. The vast majority of orders arrive within this window.
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen during busy periods or due to customs processing.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 days for the first updates to appear as the parcel enters the carrier network.
Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders shipped across customs borders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at modavena@zohomail.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please don't worry — your order is insured. Email us at modavena@zohomail.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away and make sure it's resolved for you.
